Social media has been around for a while now. It can be a good thing, and it can be a bad thing, depending how you use it, AND, what you're doing on it.

- How long are you on social?

- Do you spend a lot of time when you're not online, thinking about social or planning to use social?

- #1 What do I want to accomplish once you limit social distraction?

- #2 Do I want to FOCUS or LEARN a particular project, grow my business, improve my well-being?

- #3 Have a clear goal can motivate you to stick to your plan.
