Afraid to rock the boat. Follow what everyone else did. Boundaries were almost non existent. I spun my wheels trying to do it all. Desperate for approval. Terrified of going out on my own and starting my coaching business no matter how many positive affirmations I said, how many meditations I zenned out in…

Thinking I was doing and following all the “right things” that all the high powered coaches said to do.The first few years were rocky… with a lot of mistakes…Every minuscule “win” was coated in self-doubt, lots of sunk costs and loads of self doubt that caused middle of the night tossing and turning wondering what in the hell I was doing right or wrong.

Days, weeks and years I spent in countless courses, conferences, webinars, workshops, retreats, without a dime to justify it (really, nothing to show for it but a depleted bank account.) There were many “heart-to-hearts” with my hubby and friends, desperately trying to convince them that any day now I would be a success!And lots of frustration, and a few tears (mine, not theirs.) Starting the next “hot trend” that promised success… Wasted energy, money and time… Missed opportunities… So I took a hard and firm stand on what I needed to do next. Creating a biz that thrives & helping other women succeed....

Coaching Business Kickstart covers all the bases. I created this program to help new woman coaches get out of stuck and confusion (hitting their head against the wall wondering what to do next) and start up their business to succeed. I wanted to make sure that it had all the step by step details that gives women the confidence to build amazing, profitable systems in their business without crippling overwhelm (trust me, I’ve been there too!) I’ve shown new woman coach entrepreneurs not only how to do it, but also give them the tools, strategies tips and tricks to make it smooth (and almost effortless!)I’m able to do this, because I teach what I know.I teach what I’ve personally done to build an online business that doesn’t rely on 80 hour work weeks or a team of dozens just to keep afloat.
